1.1 Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50.

1.2 UK Orders up to £49

Royal Mail Signed For delivery £2.90.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 3-5 working days excluding Sundays.

Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend should arrive within 3-6 days excluding Sundays.

1st Class
Royal Mail Signed For delivery £3.50.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday should arrive within 1-3 days excluding Sundays.

Special Next Day
Royal Mail delivery £6.5.

Orders should arrive next day by 2pm excluding Sundays.

1.4 We will deliver the goods to the delivery address stated in your order. We will use our reasonable endeavours to deliver the goods in accordance with any estimated delivery times but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you, nor will you have any right to terminate the contract, as a result of any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

1.5 You will become responsible for the loss or destruction of or any damage to the goods after they have been delivered to the delivery address in your order or to you.

2. Returns Policy

2.1 If you are not satisfied with any of the purchased item you can return them for a refund or exchange them for another item within 30 days of the date you received them.

2.2 Unfortunately pierced jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2.3 If you wish to return an item please follow the steps below:

Step 1. Contact us by email at enquiries@amberlucky.com to request your free return label.

Step 2. Ensure all items are in their original condition and you have any jewellery packaging that you have received with it.

Step 3. Despatch the return item with any jewellery packaging and the despatch note received with it via Royal Mail using our return label.

We cannot accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of any returns incurred while in return transit to us.

Step 4. You will be refunded in full to the card used to make the purchase within 7 days of our receiving the return item followed by positive assessment.

3. Faulty or Damaged Product Return Policy

3.1 In the unlikely event of any defects we will offer a replacement or full refund on receipt of the faulty goods (again with complete jewellery packaging) providing they are returned within 7 days of you receiving them.

3.2 Should your item be faulty, contact us immediately by e-mail with details of the fault, the item’s code and your purchase order Number and post it back to us.

3.3 NOTE: Returns and exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED unless authorized first via e-mail.

3.4 We will not accept any responsibility for any damage or loss of any faulty returns incurred while in return transit to us. For faulty goods, postage cost will be reimbursed upon request.

3.5 Reimbursement will be made to the card used to make the purchase or a replacement posted out within 7 days of our receiving the return item.
